Welcome to Yekher. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchases, and any other services provided by us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee product freshness and availability.
Custom and large orders may require more notice. We will confirm timelines upon receiving your request.
We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or cancel orders when necessary (e.g., due to ingredient shortages or scheduling conflicts).
2. Products and Quality Standards
All our products are handcrafted with care. Decoration, colors, and presentation may vary slightly from images shown. Each product is unique.
All food is prepared in compliance with Australian Food Safety Standards.
Our gluten-free and vegan products are produced with great care. However, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Products purchased from us are for personal consumption only and must not be resold or redistributed without written consent.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within Melbourne metropolitan area for an additional fee.
Pickup is available from Unit 71/222 Victoria St, Melbourne, during business hours.
Once an order has been collected or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or mishandling of the product.
Customers are responsible for proper storage (e.g., refrigeration if required) once the product has been received.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for personal taste preferences. However, if there is a genuine issue with product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
6. Data Privacy
We collect and store personal information (such as your name, contact details, and order history) solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, processing payments, and improving our services.
Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to complete your order (e.g., with payment processors or delivery partners).

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Yekher.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Liability
While we adhere to strict food safety standards, we are not liable for allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product descriptions and consult with us regarding allergens before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, supplier shortages, transport disruptions).
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
